Purpose Built Families supports collaboration with the VA Employee Education System and the VA W2SM leadership to provide technology and training systems to support your site's capacity to achieve virtual and online training.  We'll work with your team to develop a strategic plan to establish the W2SM program to ensure accessibility to every Veteran.

    Ensure customized W2SM promotional materials are available to local sites, registration information is accessible to prospects, and timely follow-up consistent with approved enrollment processes.

  • Enrollment

    Ensure customized W2SM promotional materials are available to local sites, registration information is accessible to prospects, and timely follow-up consistent with approved enrollment processes.

  • Programs

    Support program scheduling and prospect class registrations based on authorized consult process, maintain class rosters in secure database, send acceptance, decline, reminder, and follow-up emails.

  • Assessment

    Facilitate timely collection of participant feedback, instructor assessments, and related data to support program fidelity, consumer satisfaction, and reporting obligations.

  • Reporting

    Provide timely, permission-based program impact reports to facilitators, W2SM regional coordinators, and VA local, regional, and national leadership.
